You absolutely captured so many knowledge nuggets in your blog about board refreshment: from the complex and ever evolving global environment boards are navigating through, requiring a balanced approach between maintaining institutional knowledge and gaining fresh perspectives; to managing directors’ expectations upfront about the longevity of their service on a particular board; to appreciating the importance of remaining relevant and agile lifelong learners with the willingness to undergo regular structured evaluations of their individual contribution to the boardroom collective interactions.
